Meet Chloë …
It’s difficult to not smile when you meet Chloë. Energetic, eloquent, engaging and enchanting, the redheaded Miami Beach native is, without a doubt, a testament to the adage that big things come in small packages. I met the pint-sized beauty when we were 8 years old, in the Principal’s Office – but nope, Chloë was not there for disturbing the peace but rather for bringing a sense of peace to the elementary school’s newest student – an Argentine, non-English-speaking import known as me. Chloe was the first friendly face I saw that day and became one of the friendliest faces in my childhood… It’s hard to believe it has been more than 15 years since the days of The Secret Garden, flamingo clubs, and whiteout-style French manicures (more on all of those later).
Chloë has grown up to be a dedicated, passionate and talented artist in every sense of the word. Having graduated with a BFA from Marymount Manhattan College, Chloë, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, has experienced success in off-Broadway musicals and film. Most recently, she collaborated with Atlanta native, Clifton Jennings on this captivating track from the rapper’s A Georgia Boy EP. This year, she’s striving to reach her “Breaking Point,” and quite literally so, with the release of her such-titled EP, which will be released in one week, at a May 21 release party in New York City.

A mix of pop-and-rock, inspired by the likes of Pink and Kelly Clarkson, Chloë’s first EP is set to deliver her heart-and-soul, wrapped in lyrics and melodies that blend her varied musical tastes, inspirations and thoughts – or, as Chloë so beautifully describes it, “take what was once poetry…and turn it into music.” In the span of a mere month, she wrote 45 songs, surprising even herself. After a round of producer interviews and hands-on collaboration, Chloë is ready to let her poetry fly free.
In the meantime, “like” her on Facebook or follow her on Twitter, and stay tuned for more.
The EP’s first video premiere will coincide with its release via iTunes and Amazon. If it’s anything like Chloë, you’ll be smiling upon the first melodic encounter.
